Introduction to the diem® premium care app
A new add-on service is available for all IDA, Guardian and Medicine Shoppe banner stores! The diem® premium care app is a service that permits patients to quickly and easily fill their prescriptions online from an IDA, Guardian, or Medicine Shoppe pharmacy of their choice. A patient would simply take a picture of the prescription they would like filled from their mobile device, submit it through the app, and then pick it up from their pharmacy.
Once the patient submits the prescription for processing, it will appear on the pharmacy’s To Do tab and diem Premium Care App tab (located in the Messages tab).
Features of the diem® premium care app include:
- Quick and easy prescriptions (new or refill) completed online by patients.
- Reliable and convenient way for patients to manage and track all active prescriptions.
- Ability for patients to select which pharmacy they wish to refill their prescription from.
- Ability to view pharmacy details, such as store hours and other available services offered.
