Installing a Signature Pad and Software

The signature pad and software enables electronic capture of patient and pharmacist signatures during medication review, paperless workflow process and to obtain patient consent.

To Install a Signature Pad and Software onto Your Computer:

Note: These instructions are for the Windows 10 operating system.

1. Plug your signature pad into any available USB port on your system.

2. Type the following URL into the Internet Explorer address bar: http://www.topazsystems.com/software/sigplusweb_npapi.exe

3. Click Run on the popup at the bottom of the screen.

   

4. Click Next on the Welcome window.

5. Click Next on the Choose Destination Location window.

6. Select T-S on the Determine Tablet Model Group window and click OK.

7. Select T-S461 (slim) or T-S261 (Rugged) and click OK (the model is located on the bottom of the signature pad).

8. Select HSB (USB Type) on the Select the Connection Type window and click OK.

9. Click Agree on the License Agreement window.

10. Click Finish on the Installation Complete window.
