Keyboard Shortcuts on the Workbench

The Workbench has keyboard shortcuts that can be used to create new and refill prescriptions, and open the Patient, Doctor and Drug navigator buttons.

Note: The following shortcuts can ONLY be used when the Workbench is displayed on the screen; they will NOT work from any other windows or folders.

The keyboard shortcuts are:

• F1 opens the 'Patient Search' window.

• F3 opens the 'Doctor Search' window.

• F5 opens the 'Drug Search' window.

• F7 opens the New prescription window on the Workbench.

• F8 opens the Refill prescription window on the Workbench.
