Manually Adding Refill Reminders

1. Open a prescription in Rx Detail.
2. Press the Prescription tab.
3. In the Refill Rem Days field, enter the number of days before the prescription is due for a refill to contact the patient.

Note: Select Default to use your default pharmacy settings. Select 0 to remind the patient the day the prescription is due for a refill.

4. When you fill the prescription, a refill reminder is added to the To Do tab.
5. If you have already filled the prescription, press the Save button to add a refill reminder to the To Do tab.
